Ritika Landscaping Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscape Technician to join our team. This role requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled landscape technician to plan and manage projects from start to finish. This includes interpreting blueprints, managing projects, and preparing designs and proposals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate project execution
  • • Trim trees to maintain desired objectives while ensuring safety and efficiency
  • • Manage landscaping projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling
  • • Prepare conceptual designs and proposals to present to clients
  • • Estimate costs and prepare presentation graphics to showcase project scope and budget
  • • Write specifications and survey sites to ensure accurate project planning
  • • Water and tend to plants and lawns to maintain their health and appearance
  • • Apply treatments and assess lawn health to identify areas for improvement
  • • Examine trees and shrubs for problems and develop solutions to prevent further damage
  • • Plant and maintain lawns and gardens to ensure they look their best
  • Work Environment:
  • • Noisy environments due to power equipment and construction
  • • Outdoors in various weather conditions
  • • Various work locations, including residential and commercial properties
  • Work Conditions:
  • • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job
  • • Repetitive tasks, including manual labor and data entry
  • • Physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
  • Requirements:
  • • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • • Availability: 32 to 40 hours per week, with some flexibility required to accommodate changing project schedules
  • Personal Suitability:

  • • Reliability to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • • Team player to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
