Bookkeeping Specialist

Ontario Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Prepare trial balance of books and maintain computerized bookkeeping systems.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Basic security clearance.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills.
