Key Responsibilities- Design and implement novel research ideas and ship state-of-the-art models to production.
- Research, implement, and experiment with ideas on our supercomputer and data infrastructure.
- Learn from and work with the best researchers, engineers, and annotators in the field.
- Drive agent development in RAG, tool use, and language agents.
- Work with internal annotators in creating and evaluating data for post-training LLMs, ensuring quality and performance.
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, TF-Serving, JAX, and XLA/MLIR.
- Deep experience in AI data evaluation and management.
- Strong track record of creating and curating large-scale datasets.
- Experience using large-scale distributed training strategies.
- Familiarity with autoregressive sequence models, such as Transformers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with human annotators and cross-functional teams.
- Paper at top-tier venues (such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AIStats, MLSys, JMLR, AAAI, Nature, COLING, ACL, EMNLP).
