Job Summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our Occupational Rehabilitation Program, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
