We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural metal or steel fabrication, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine materials required for projects
  • Interpret engineering drawings and instructions to plan methods and sequences of operation
  • Lay out reference points and patterns for metal fabrication
  • Plan the sequence of tasks to cut metal most efficiently
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures
  • Weld or bolt sections together to create metal products
  • Construct patterns and templates for metal fabrication
  • Install fabricated components in final products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Urban area work setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability
