  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' track record in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams.
  • You will be responsible for defining, setting, and monitoring objective and key results (OKRs) for the department, as well as maintaining and tracking team-related OKRs and reporting status to the management team.

Additionally, you will oversee design reviews and key milestones to ensure quality standards are maintained across the group, and manage compliance and certification through collaboration with our quality departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical services teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
