In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services, including data analysis and review of financial records. You will also assist with administering formal insolvency appointments, developing relationships with referral sources, and preparing relevant documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services
  • Assist with data analysis and the review of financial records
  • Assist with administering formal insolvency appointments
  • Develop relationships with current and potential referral sources
  • Prepare and review all relevant BIA documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
  • Completion of the Insolvency Administration course and/or BIA Insolvency Counselor course
  • Willingness to work towards a CIRP designation
  • 3-4 years of insolvency experience
  • Working knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
