Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute software verification and validation protocols aligned with product requirements and user needs.
  • Create test plans based on development scope, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet requirements and user needs.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to gather data, reproduce issues, document findings, and triage problems.
  • Design functional testing protocols, including unit tests, integration tests, white-box, and black box testing.
  • Evaluate verification completeness and adherence to industry standards and Gentuity's quality management system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing and verification within a medical device environment.
  • A quick-learning individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral, written, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong grasp of good documentation practices.
  • Experience testing risk control measures.
  • Background in iterative development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
