Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our food service team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflow to meet quality and efficiency targets.
  • Train new hires on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Hire and onboard new staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed budget and cost estimates, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
  • Establish and communicate clear work schedules and procedures, empowering staff to make informed decisions and take ownership of their work.
