Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules.
- Source and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of 3-4 people. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
