About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Ontario Impex of Canada Inc. in a quality control technician role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operate laboratory apparatus and equipment to analyze samples and interpret results.
  • Develop and implement programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures, and quality control procedures.
  • Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare solutions, reagents, and sample formulations as required.
  • Conduct safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
