We are seeking an experienced Staff Forensic Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will assist in the review and measurement of losses for businesses across various industries and sizes. This position requires a strong background in forensic accounting and experience with commercial insurance claim losses. If you have a passion for analyzing financial data, creating comprehensive analyses, and communicating complex findings to clients, then this role may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Financial Data: Utilize your expertise to analyze detailed financial statements, forecasts, budgets, production reports, and other relevant documents to identify patterns and trends.
  • Measure Losses: Apply your knowledge of forensic accounting principles to measure losses for various industries and businesses, ensuring accuracy and precision in your calculations.
  • Communicate Complex Findings: Clearly articulate your analysis and findings to supervisors, clients, and team members, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop Projections: Create detailed projections based on revenue and expenses, enabling our clients to make informed decisions about their business operations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure timely and accurate input of financial data, maintaining organized records to support our client's needs.

Skill Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, along with 3+ years of public accounting experience or a closely related field. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, are essential for this position. Experience in forensic accounting and measuring commercial insurance claim losses is highly desirable, as is certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
