Job Title: General Manager

Rising Star Daycare & OSC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Hire and dismiss staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
