Concierge Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality to our residents and their families. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet potential residents, families, and visitors, and manage both internal and external calls and messages.
  • Community Information: Offer an overview of community information to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Administrative Duties: Monitor the Bistro area, manage refreshments, music, and cleanliness, and perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Skills: Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
