About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer Specialist to join our team at A Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects.

Job Description

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Performing pre-operational inspections;
  • Reading blueprints to determine work requirements;
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs;
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications;
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
  • Performing routine maintenance work;
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment

The Construction Laborer Specialist will work outdoors in various locations, including urban areas, remote locations, and construction sites. The work environment may be dusty, and the candidate must be able to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field;
  • Reliability, teamwork skills, and a hardworking attitude;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • The ability to work 40 hours per week;
  • Fluency in English.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
