Mixology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mixology Specialist to join our team at Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our patrons, including cleaning and maintaining the bar area, taking orders, and preparing a variety of drinks.

• Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and storing beverages and food products.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and record sales transactions accurately.
• Provide recommendations on drink selections to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.

• Permanent employment opportunity with 32-40 hours per week.
• Will train provided to ensure success in this role.
