About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of our store team, supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our seasonal store. This role is ideal for individuals with prior retail management experience, particularly those who have worked in an Assistant Store Manager position at Spencer's/Spirit Halloween.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
- Assist with guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, and merchandising and inventory control
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability through effective store operations
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Flexible schedule required
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
