Job Title: Trailer Park Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trailer Park Supervisor to join our team at Edson RV Park & Campground. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trailer park, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the trailer park is well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain the trailer park.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are fair, reasonable, and meet the needs of the trailer park.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing and walking required.
  • Standing for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and stretch.
