The Senior Manager, Product will drive the operationalization of strategies for optional member products, including Life, Critical Illness, AD&D, and more. Working closely with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, the Senior Manager will implement new products, manage campaigns, and lead special projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies to grow the portfolio and enhance member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaign execution.
- Lead special projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Member and Sponsor digital teams to optimize purchasing journeys and marketing collateral.
- Align distribution strategies with Group Benefits business practices, sponsor expectations, and Canada segment goals.
- 7+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical issues into fundamental concepts.
- Ability to develop PowerPoint decks to clearly convey business priorities and project progress.
- High level of self-motivation and keen sense of 'owning' and delivering on project deliverables.
- Project management certification.
- Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days a week in Toronto, Montreal, or Waterloo office.
- Competitive salary range: $00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD.
