About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Line Manager to join our team at Canbrands Specialty Food Inc.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires approximately 44 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Food Safety: Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Hire and Promote Employees: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports.
- Improve Productivity: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise Activities: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
- Coordinate Work Units: Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- Order Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: Approximately 44 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
