Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at Maaco Welland Inc. As an Automotive Refinishing Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting repaired vehicles, planning repair work, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Plan repair work to be performed, including tasks such as filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish
  • Repair or replace interior components as needed
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a precise match

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Automotive Refinishing Technician, you will be working in a well-equipped shop with state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
