Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales and business development leader to join our team as Managing Director, North America - West/Mid-West. This role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the region, leading a team of sales engineers, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand our presence in the North American market.
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and improve overall profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technical sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, with a preference for individuals with a business degree.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the key drivers that affect sales through direct and indirect channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, retaining customers, and generating profitable growth.
