Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering parts and accessories to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of Parts and Accessories: Safely and efficiently deliver parts and accessories to customers, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Order Verification: Verify customer orders before and during delivery to ensure that all items are correct and in good condition.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload parts and accessories as needed, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Lifting Ability: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
