Customer Service Role at Federated Co-operatives Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer requests in a friendly and efficient manner, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer requests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Unload grocery shipments and receive, organize, and display merchandise
  • Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends
