We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and processing transactions
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store goals and objectives
