- Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the reminiscence neighborhood.
- Promote excellence in resident care, programming, and outreach to families.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Sunrise standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping review.
- Develop and implement plans to correct identified deficiencies in compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork among staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- College degree preferred.
- Experience:
- One (1) year supervisory experience, preferably in dementia care, is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Able to handle multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and facilitate small group presentations.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications.
