Global Mobility Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Global Mobility Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and growing our global mobility services practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Review and analyze Canadian and US personal income tax returns, payroll calculations, and tax equalizations
- Conduct research and financial modeling to provide technical tax analyses and recommendations supporting employee relocations
- Provide proactive tax advice and solutions to clients
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage and mentor staff to develop their skills and expertise
- Collaborate with colleagues in other service lines and member firms to deliver exceptional client service
- Monitor engagement budgets and project milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to building our reputation as a leading business advisor in key sectors

Requirements- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Relevant accounting designation, such as Canadian or US CPA
- At least 4 years of experience in cross-border and expatriate Canadian and US personal tax
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Strong focus on exceptional client service and relationships
- Exceptional planning and time management skills, with ability to balance competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
