Job Description

Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking a skilled Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a Fulfillment Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery to our programs and meet our commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with internal/external customers to identify delivery risks and opportunity potential.
  • Develop and execute project and process plans.
  • Coordinate and schedule status meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Capture meeting minutes and attend factory status meetings.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions for issue resolution.
  • Collect, organize, and provide data to maintain status of programs and parts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations and communicate results/status in leadership meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, program management, or supply chain management.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite and other project management software.
  • Experience in collecting data, preparing reports, and communicating results/status to leadership.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, program management, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Working towards, or has, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, APICS, Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation, or equivalent.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing data, and summarizing findings.

Typical Education and Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Professional (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
