About the Job

Aacha jee Transport Inc is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our dedicated fleet, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs
  • Load and unload goods, and ensure safety and security of cargo
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods, and obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
Requirements
  • AZ class license
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
