At ACC Gold and Diamond Jewellers Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Receive payment for goods or services and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and clean the counter area to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Wrap or place merchandise in bags and ensure accurate item fulfillment.
  • Weigh produce and bulk foods with precision and provide accurate weight information to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Calculate foreign currency exchange accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary, and enforce company policies.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
