Job Summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Order Team, you will act as a liaison between our retail stores and internal departments to resolve Supply Chain and store order related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field a wide range of customer inquiries in a dynamic call-center environment.
  • Investigate store order status and provide accurate information on product availability.
  • Create emergency orders to ensure in-stock positions.
  • Coordinate with DC Rapid Response to load emergency orders on planned store deliveries.
  • Query store/DC/product information to present recommendations that balance service with cost.
  • Cross-train on core and specialty processes to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Prioritize assigned tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to articulate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
