Product Designer Role at Air Tek Inc

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team in Toronto and Montreal office hubs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience designing for enterprise/B2B and consumer-facing products.

**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Design Team Member, you will design solutions for various enterprise modules, administrative workflows, and consumer experiences. Your expertise will help optimize existing interfaces and create entirely new products from scratch. You will also drive team scalability and efficiency through strong digital asset management practices, expansion and administration of component libraries, and principles of atomic design.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop user-centered design solutions for enterprise modules, administrative workflows, and consumer experiences
* Optimize existing interfaces and design new products from scratch using Figma and component libraries
* Drive team scalability and efficiency through digital asset management practices and process improvements
* Facilitate conceptual design sessions, product development cycles, and high-velocity prototyping
* Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure design intent is achieved
* Advocate for the user throughout the design and development lifecycle

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in Software Product Design with a focus on enterprise/B2B products
* Proficiency in Figma and experience building out component libraries
* Strong process skills, both in defining and applying them
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Desire to continually learn and share knowledge
* Team player and strong cross-functional collaborator
* Motivated, self-starting individual who takes ownership and hits the ground running

**Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Enjoy a world-class team environment with a direct global impact of billions of passengers.
