We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Southwest Regional Credit Union. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Transaction Processing: Process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to members, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
