Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Exterior Siding Craftsman to join our team at G S Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing siding on residential and commercial properties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools for siding installation


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in siding installation
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work physically demanding jobs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position that requires working outdoors with regular exposure to sunlight, wind, and varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy materials and equipment, and may be exposed to dust, dirt, and other environmental hazards.



Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
