- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform sensory evaluation of wines and advise customers on wine selection.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Load buspans and trays.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Smart Serve certification.
- Own transportation.
- Experience an asset.
Work setting: Restaurant. Hours of work: 15 to 44 hours per week. Language of work: English.
