About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Erikson Pro division, responsible for distributing professional and commercial audio and intelligent lighting products in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will focus on rental, installation, and architectural markets, as well as DJ retail portions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage brand segments, analyze sales and profitability, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to foster open lines of communication and drive business results.
- Provide expertise in product applications, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform business decisions.
- Develop and coordinate marketing and communications activities to engage customers and drive sales.
- Manage social media platforms and digital content to enhance brand presence.
- Assist with e-commerce efforts, including Amazon storefront maintenance and advertising campaigns.
- Organize trade shows, special events, and promotional activities to showcase products and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and management experience, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge of automated lighting in entertainment, theater, and architectural lighting segments.
- Familiarity with country-wide lighting market layout, including rentals, integration, and retail.
- Strategic understanding of the DJ retail lighting segment.
- Knowledge of MS Office and JD Edwards/E1 is a plus.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
