Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 2539706 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping, ensuring that rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train, permanent position, 32-40 hours per week, English language required.
