Haircutting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Haircutting Expert to join our team at Regis Canada. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and delivering high-quality haircuts, color, and highlights.

• Provide exceptional guest service, understand guest needs, and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

• Cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with basic administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good eyesight to observe guest hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
• Able to lift 10-25 pounds occasionally.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
