Job Summary:The Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Management will be responsible for leading activities related to the IT and Cyber Risk Management program. This includes developing and implementing risk management strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information technology, risk management, and/or compliance in a financial institution
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in information technology or security operations
- Knowledge and experience working with data, cybersecurity, information security, compliance, and privacy laws in the Canadian financial industry
- Experience writing or updating IT and security governance documents, policies, and standards
- Experience building key performance and risk indicator dashboards for different management levels
