Strum Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Surveyor in Training to join our team in Antigonish. As a Surveyor in Training, you will play a key role in expanding our Surveying division and contributing to the success of our clients.

A Day in Your Life at Strum:

  • Combining office and fieldwork to deliver high-quality surveying services.
  • Conducting boundary, subdivision, and topographic field surveys to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to resolve surveying-related issues.
  • Preparing detailed survey approaches, calculations, and drawings to meet project requirements.
  • Utilizing software tools such as AutoCAD to process and analyze survey data.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

What You Bring to Strum:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a degree in Surveying/Geomatics or a diploma and CBEPS certificate. You should have 2 years of relevant land surveying work experience and be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Nova Scotia Land Surveyor.
