Job Title: Automobile Service Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automobile Service Manager to join our team at Manitoba Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, establishing policies and procedures for staff, and controlling budget and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Personal Suitability:
- Client focus with excellent communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
