Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Queen's Elite Academy of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Plan and oversee the re-organization of operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
