Job Title: Immigration Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across various industries.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of immigration cases, solving complex immigration issues, and drafting correspondence. They will also lead a team of immigration experts and provide exceptional client service through tele and in-person contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of immigration cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Solve complex immigration cases, utilizing expertise and analytical skills to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence, maintaining excellent written communication skills.
  • Lead a team of immigration experts, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless case management.
  • Provide exceptional client service through tele and in-person contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Ontario Bar.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, with a strong track record of success.
  • Work permit experience, with a deep understanding of corporate immigration laws and regulations.
  • Permanent residency experience, with a strong analytical skillset.
  • 4+ years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on corporate immigration.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
