Domino's Pizza Shift Manager Role We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 30 employees during your scheduled shift. Your duties will include:

  • Cost Control - managing food and product ordering, inventory control, and cash control.
  • Inventory Management - ensuring the store is fully stocked and maintained.
  • Customer Relations - providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations Management - overseeing all store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Team Leadership - motivating and guiding your team to achieve their best.

Key Requirements include:

  • Leadership Experience - proven ability to manage a team and lead by example.
  • Communication Skills - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving - ability to think critically and resolve problems effectively.
