The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Leader Validation Hardware to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the validation process of our hardware products. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and are free from critical issues during the initial launch phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the validation process, including planning, testing, and certification
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product validation
  • Coordinate with external laboratories to define and implement testing plans
  • Champion quality, TTM, and other key performance indicators
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in hardware validation and testing
  • Strong technical knowledge of ISO 17025 and other relevant standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools
