Job Overview:
We're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll assist in creating eye-catching visuals for various social media platforms, helping brands tell their stories through aesthetic graphics. If you have an eye for design and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Assist in designing graphics for social media posts, ads, stories, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with senior designers and content creators to develop cohesive visual strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content and ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our creative output.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for the team.
  • Feedback Integration: Receive and implement feedback from senior team members to improve design quality and skills.
  • Project Support: Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions for client projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including social media graphics.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
