About the Role

In this role, you will assist in various aspects of construction projects, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials. You will also help mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, as well as assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands, including handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Steel-toed safety boots are a must.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. As this is a hands-on role, prior experience in construction or a related field is an asset but not necessary, as we provide training.

Relocation costs are covered by the employer, and a vehicle is provided for work purposes. This position requires 30-40 hours of work per week, which may include overtime. The working conditions can be dusty, and relocation may be required.
