Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
