Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Northern Canada. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading civil design projects from start to finish. This includes undertaking design specifications, cost estimating, tendering, and construction management. You will also be expected to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Professional licensing as a P.Eng. in Engineers Yukon, with a minimum of 3 years of civil design experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and developing business
