Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at DGA Careers. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing house and group accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing house and group accounts, including providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to house account and alpha split clients.
  • Review house account clients on an annual basis and remarket as necessary.
  • Provide quotes to referred personal lines clients from commercial producers.
  • Hold a valid RIBO license with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage.
  • Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
